TECH Provides Tire & Wheel Expertise at TMC
The Technology & Maintenance Council (TMC) Annual Meeting & Transportation Technology Exhibition is home to trucking’s leading fleet professionals, vehicle manufacturers, and component suppliers. TMC is North America’s largest conference focused solely on truck technology and maintenance.
TECH continued our leadership role in the S.2 Tire & Wheel Task Force meetings. Represented by Senior Technical Trainer, Billy Johnson, who provided input on Recommended Practices (RPs) for the commercial vehicle industry especially where it pertains to proper tire repair procedures.
According to Brent Klomparens, TECH Direct Account Manager, “Our involvement with TMC has always been important to our organization because tire repair can be very costly if done incorrectly. We find that our participation in the TMC Tire & Wheel Task Force is vital to ensure the safety of the commercial vehicle industry through proper tire repair procedures.”
Additionally, this year TECH expanded our participation with involvement in the exhibition where we met with various commercial vehicle fleets, industry leaders, and many current customers. This included TECH customer Pilot Flying J.
TECH tire and wheel repair products are a staple on the Pilot Flying J Truck Roadside Assistance vehicle. When it comes to getting a disabled truck rolling again, Pilot Flying J trusts TECH — and so should you!
TECH helps to fulfil parent TRC’s 4r vision of Repair, Reuse, Recycle, and Repurpose. The innovative solutions that the TRC companies provide make a meaningful impact both financially and ecologically. To learn more about TRC and its brands visit www.trc4r.com.
